How to use

1. First fix the top of the bandage on the skin, and then keep a certain tension to wind along the colored middle marking line. Each turn should cover at least half of the width of the front turn.
2. Do not make the last turn of the bandage contact the skin, should cover the last turn completely on the front turn.
3. At the end of the wrapping, hold the palm of your hand against the end of the bandage for a few seconds to ensure that the bandage sticks well to the skin.
