How to use

1. Finger
(1) Bandage from the palm side of the fingers to the nails;
(2) Use the front thick layer of tape to overlap 1/2, and the spiral wrapping is done horizontally;
(3) to the base of the finger, fix, cut, complete;
2. Wrist
(1) Put the wrist muscles in a tense state and start bandaging from the wrist;
(2) Use the front thick layer of tape to overlap 1/2, move laterally and then wrap the wrist upward;
(3) After confirming the fixation, cut off and complete;
3. Thumb
(1) On the wrist, the thumbs are fixed separately, and the oblique bandage is made from the fixed place of the wrist to the fixed place of the thumb;
(2) Similarly, bandage obliquely from the other side of the wrist fixation place to the thumb fixation place, forming an X shape with (1);
(3) Use (1) the same way to fix the bandage respectively, and complete;
4. Lap
